Hopefully by now we all know Animals Have Problems Too is dead. That's because I have written a novel, Apathy and Paying Rent, and also because I have begun a new writing project, Things That Can't Be Taken Back. You should check both of them out and tell the people you love.
Have we done this part yet? This is a plug. I have a novel, and it is coming out in the next few weeks. To celebrate, we're posting a chapter every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until release day, which is roughly pencilled in for November 1st. That's 18 chapters, otherwise known as half the book. Right now, we're still haggling about cover art, but as soon as we get that done we'll share it with you too and make the official website look a little bit less like a blog. We might even throw in some neat bonus stuff if we get around to it.
You can read it here, and you can also preorder it. It would be awesome if you did that, because you'd be supporting an independent press and an internet washout with a dream at the same time. To me, that's something to feel good about, maybe even something that deserves a reward, like a trip to the store for ice cream sandwiches*.
*For those worried about the economy, know that a portfolio heavily invested in books and ice cream sandwiches will weather any economic storm while remaining delicious.
